GUAVA BBQ BABY BACK RIBS
Yuca's famous spicy guava BBQ baby back ribs (accept
no imitation!!) Presented on crisp yuca con mojo fries and
a cool chayote cole slaw.
CHEF ANDY’S PLANTAIN COATED MAHI-MAHI
The!! Original plantain coated mahi-mahi served on sweet plantain
fufu with and tamarind tartar sauce.
CHURRASCO
A Latin Favorite! Grilled marinated skirt steak on garlic
mashed potato or congri rice with pioco de gallo and jalapeño
chimichurri.
“SOUTH BEACH” SNAPPER
Pan seared fillet of snapper with a crazy avocado rice.
Topped with a relish of sweet and hot peppers and chilli-garlic
sofrito.
RAVIOLI YUCALOTTI
Our homemade spinach and ricotta ravioli with a cream
of black bean, and infused with goat cheese.
GRILLED PORK TENDERLOIN
Marinated pork tenderloin grilled to order then finished with
a Rioja wine reduction served with congri rice and ripe avocado
ensaladita.
RABO ENCENDIDO
A true taste of Cuba; tender slow braised oxtail
in a fiery rioja wine sauce with roast garlic and yuca mash.
Accompanied by a sweet plantain and ginger flan.
YUCA RELLENA
A vegetarian’s delight steamed yuca filled with a truffle
scented wild mushroom picadillo. Served on sautéed
fresh spinach with two vibrant vinaigrettes of beef and carrot.
POLLO CRIOLLO
Semi boneless chicken breast marinated in tropical citrus
juices and grilled. Served with a citrus vinaigrette on fufu
with plantain chips and avocados.
GRILLED SALMON
Grilled fillet of salmon served with a nutty japonica
black rice and a light mango mustard sauce. Finished with
a garlic-tomato concasse
TUNA CHINO-LATINO
Ruby red tuna marinated in an oriental dressing,
crusted with yuca and seared rare. Presented on a light salad
of watercress, yuca, black olives, avocado and a Peruvian
style yellow pepper dressing.
CHILEAN SEABASS!!
White fish filet of the biggest croaker of the Sea!
Topped with reduced lobster gravy and served with mashed potatoes
mixed with small puiieces of Florida lobster tail.
AJIACO DE MARISCOS
A steaming tropical presentation of lobster, shrimp,
clams, scallops and mussels in a delicious Caribbean stew.
Drizzled with cilantro oil. Served with a spicy crab enchilado
empanada.
MAR Y TIERRA
Tenderloin of beef, seared to your liking, then gratineed with
Spanish cabrales cheese. Presented on yuca's original lobster
mash with grilled lobster tail and truffled rioja wine sauce.
Accompanied by serrano wrapped asparagus. An elegant inspiration
from the "madre patria".
ONION AND YUCA CRUSTED RACK OF LAMB
Pan roasted rack of Australian lamb crusted with toasted yuca
and caramelized onions. Presented on malanga-goat cheese mash
with a black bean and red wine reduction sauce. Served with
fire roasted peppers.

served with our homemade guava cream cheese ice cream
KEY WEST NAPOLEON
Layers of flaky pastry sheets, filled with a key
lime cream and topped with dulce de leche caramel.
JOSEFA'S CUBAN RICE PUDDING
A classic ending to a perfect Cuban meal, served in a sugar
almond basket with homemade ginger wafers and cinnamon.
TRES LECHES DE CHOCOLATE
Chocolate sponge cake soaked in three milks, finished with
a decadent chocolate mousse and crowned with homemade chocolate
ice cream. Definitely a chocolate's lover dream
TRES COCOS MUY LOCOS
A luxurious caramelized coconut custard natilla. Presented
in a ripe green coconut.
MANGO TIRAMISÚ
Latin-America lady finger layer cake made with fresh mango.
Filled with mango liquor chantilly cream, accompanied with
mango sorbet
PATRON CITRONAGE FLAN
Josefa's creamy version of the Cuban flan flavored with Patron
Citronage, accompanied with passion fruit sorbet
BUÑUELOS
Cuban sweet potato beignet presented with sweetened boniato
mousse and crunchy almond turron ice cream
PERAS EN CARTUCHO
Fresh pears slow roasted with anise and aromatic spices, wrapped
and stuffed with dulce de leche. Caribbean rum raisin ice
cream completes this popular dish
