Crisp Florida lobster croquettes set on palm leaf with a sweet and spicy

Spiced Bahamian conch served in a traditional steamed Cuban fresh corn

Prince Edward Mussels
Farm raised Prince Edward Island mussels steamed in our own yuca black
bean broth with bits of chorizo, fresh basil garlic and cilantro. Topped
with a crisp brandade cake.
Cesta de Empanadas
A sampling of our housemade empanadas filled with various, beef, chicken
and seafood picadillos. Served in a basket with jalapeño chimichurri dipping
sauce.
Spanish Piquillo Peppers
Roasted Spanish piquiilo peppers filled with chorizo and porcini mushrooms
and served with a creamy cabrales cheese sauce.

Glorias Frijoles Negros
A rich cuban black bean soup, served with a hot rice pancake, sour cream
and chopped scallions.
Gazpacho Sobe
Iberian style chilled soup made with garden ripe tomatoes, cucumbers and
bell peppers. Drizzled with a light cilantro oil. A hot weather favorite.
Sopa del Dia
Daily soup featuring seasonal ingredients and made from scratch.
Caesar Salad
The traditional salad (of Latino birth!!) With a Latin twist. Crisp romaine,
shaved manchego cheese, yuca croutons and creamy Caesar dressing.

Churrasco Salad Cubano
Grilled marinated skirt steak strips tossed in chili- garlic mojo on a

crisp fried. Served on farmer's greens with garbanzo vinaigrette.

"Queso" Steak Sandwich
Strips of skirt steak sautéed and tossed with a fire roasted pepper medley,
then blended with shredded manchego cheese.

The chef's daily creation using the freshest available fish
Pollo Criollo Sandwich
Citrus marinated and pan roasted breast of chicken served on Cuban bread
with mustard, manchego cheese and roasted peppers.

Beach" snapper
Served minuta style; crisp, semi-boneless and filled with a crazy avocado
and jalapeño rice. Topped with a relish of sweet and hot peppers and chili-garlic

Tuna Chino-Latino
Ruby red tuna marinated in an oriental dressing, crusted with yuca and
seared rare. Presented on a light salad of watercress, yuca, black olives,
avocado and a Peruvian style yellow pepper dressing.
Pepita Crusted Grouper
Fillet of grouper crusted with green pumpkin seed and cumin. Served on

Rabo Encendido
A true taste of Cuba; tender slow braised oxtail in a fiery rioja wine

Chef Andy's Plantain Coated Dolphin
The!!! Original plantain coated dolphin served on sweet plantain fufu
with seasonal vegetable-roast pepper pistou and tamarind tartar sauce.

Tenderloin of beef, seared to your liking, then gratineed with
Spanish cabrales cheese. Presented on yuca's original lobster mash with
grilled lobster tail and truffled rioja wine sauce. Accompanied by serrano
wrapped asparagus. An elegant inspiration from the "madre patria".
Onion
and Yuca Crusted Rack of Lamb.
Pan roasted rack of Australian lamb crusted with toasted yuca and caramelized
onions. Presented on malanga-goat cheese mash with a black bean and red
wine reduction sauce.
