and or White Wine Sangria" passed at $15.00 per person per hour.

Wine with dinner can be arranged for as little as $25.00 per bottle for a House Selection of either California
or Spanish Red and White Wine

HORS D' OEUVRES

What better way to start your event than by letting your guests mingle over cocktails and "Bocaditos". We
serve an assortment of hot and cold Hors D' Oeuvres consisting of Assorted Empanadas, Volcano
Croqueticas, Yuca Rellena, Arepas, Caramañolas, Croquignon de Bacalao and Chef's Choice. These can be
passed for $15.00 per person per hour.

ENTERTAINMENT

We can arrange anything from a classical guitarist to a strolling Cuban trio to entertain your guests or from a
full salsa band to a private performance of our own Diva the Cuban Singing Sensation "Albita".
